With over 25 years of international experience across Africa and the Caribbean, Alex has guided development initiatives with a focus on planning, program management, monitoring and evaluation, and humanitarian response. Known for his collaborative approach, he is committed to ensuring that projects are both evidence-based and rooted in the realities of the communities they serve.
